What is Brass Band?
The Manchester University Brass Band is a non-auditioned ensemble passionate about banding! Brass Band is a friendly and welcoming ensemble and is always looking for new members, whether you've got experience in banding or not. A typical year for the band includes multiple concerts and performances, as well as busking and collaborating with other societies - they also compete in the UniBrass competition every February.
Rehearsals
Brass Band rehearse on Fridays from 6-8pm; rehearsals take place in the Martin Harris Centre. Everybody is welcome to come along, at any point throughout the year.
